1. Enrollment Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your enrollment under the following conditions:
Within 24 Hours: You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the course materials have not been accessed or downloaded.
Pre-Batch Cancellation: If you enroll in a live batch that hasn't started, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:
Refunds will not be provided once any course material, including videos, PDFs, or software tools, has been accessed or downloaded.
Refund requests made after 7 days of the purchase date will not be entertained.
In cases of technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing the course for more than 72 hours, a pro-rated refund may be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
One-on-one mentorship or coaching sessions that have already been conducted.
Application or registration fees charged by third-party certification bodies.
Any software licenses provided as part of the course.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to marketing@siriusxmsubscriptions.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order ID]".
Provide your full name, registered email, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
5. Batch Transfers
Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch of the same course. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the current batch starts and are subject to seat availability.
6. Policy Modifications
Media Helix Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will be effective immediately.
